Booking and Payment

A valid booking is confirmed once the guest has received a confirmation message from the host.

Full payment must be received prior to check-in unless otherwise agreed.

Cancellations Policy

-Full refund if cancelled at least 5 days before check-in.
-50% refund if cancelled less than 5 days but more than 48 hours before check-in.
-No refund if cancelled within 48 hours of check-in or after check-in has begun.

Please note:

All cancellations must be made via email to ensure proper processing.

Refunds will be issued within 7 days of cancellation.

 Check-in and Check-out

Check-in time: 2.30pm

Check-out time: 10.30am

Early check-in or late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Number of Guests

The property is booked for the number of guests specified in the reservation.

No additional guests are permitted without prior approval.

House Rules

No smoking inside the house. Smoking allowed outside but please dispose of butts. 

No parties or events without prior approval.

Please respect the neighbours and keep noise to a minimum.

Pets are not allowed.

Please ensure all lights are turned off at night, except for designated sensor lights. For further details, refer to the information book.

Please leave the property clean and tidy. All rubbish must be placed in the rubbish bags provided. Recycling bins are located at the back of the property.

Damage and Security

Guests are responsible for any damage or loss caused during their stay.

Additional Restrictions and Responsibilities

Guests are not permitted to feed the horses or access the paddocks without prior approval from the hosts.

Guests must not walk on the host’s property unless prior approval has been obtained.
